Will it always be free?
No. Once we leave early access, we will introduce paid plans. However, anyone who joins during early access will keep their access at no cost.
Do I need Customer Success experience?
No. The programme is designed for Customer Service professionals with no prior CSM experience. Your empathy, product knowledge, and communication skills are the foundation.
How long does it take?
8 weeks at 5-7 hours per week. Each week has 4 lessons covering a core CSM skill, plus a practical deliverable that goes into your portfolio.
